Sarah’s goal in her classes is to empower, strengthen and challenge people to make them feel like anything is achievable one move at a time whilst distracting you with a mix of mega tunes from remixes, house to throwback music!

Our fiery Latina Rita believes the gym is important for us to take time for ourselves, have fun and get a healthier body away from the stresses of daily life!
