  • HIIT - Treads - Strength

    Work up a sweat in our HIIT based class combining a mixture of cardio & weight based exercises... what you sweat is what you get!

  • Strength - TRX - Dumbbells

    Full body focus, designed to strengthen & shape, targeting all areas of the body using TRX & dumbbells!

  • Boxing - Core - Treads

    Let’s get ready to rumble in our fierce HIIT based boxing class working on speed, strength & endurance. Combining a mix of treads, weights & boxing to give your body the ultimate knockout experience!

  • Glutes - Legs - Burn 

    Glute blast, designed to lift & shape whilst sculpting that lower body. This glute based workout will not only leave your glutes looking good, they will feel strong AF too!

  • Yoga - Flow - Relax

    Yoga at R1SE blends yoga sequences and the breath, with the uplifting power of RnB music. Ideal for rebalancing your body and mind, to leave you feeling energised and calm. Exhale and let go! 

  • Sculpt - Barre - Tone

    The perfect combination of sculpting, toning & muscle activation. This low impact workout fires up every single muscle in your body with a big focus on glutes & core!

  • Abs - Arms - Strength

    Hustle & Grind in our upper body & core based workout, combining bodyweight training & equipment based exercises. The grind is real but the hustle is worth it!

  • Aerial - Stretch - Suspend

    Fly and flow in our exclusive aerial hammock experience. Use the silks to stretch, suspend and strengthen your body, leaving you feeling on cloud 9…

  • Core - Balance - Control

    Discover the power of pilates. This is your total body, low impact workout that focuses on your deep core muscles for stability, posture and balance.

  • Breathe - Release - Destress

    Gentle, long hold stretching, combined with breathing techniques, to release the build up of stress from your body and mind. Based around the fundamentals of Yin.

  • Form - Weights - Technique

    Build your confidence on the gym floor. This is your chance to learn how to lift weights safely, with correct form and under the expert guidance from our trainer.
