You will find her teaching our Rnbreathe yoga, flying in the aerial hammocks and getting low in our Pulse class. She accomplishes a light-hearted practice, combining that strength, flexibility and stability it takes to get you through the day. Good for your body but even better for your soul.

SARAH FRANCIS

Say hello to Sarah, our leopard print loving fitness queen! You’ll most likely catch Sarah teaching STRONG, SWEAT, BUNDA plus more in our euphoric R1SE Arena classes! Sarah’s goal in her classes is to empower, strengthen and challenge people to make them feel like anything is achievable one move at a time whilst distracting you with a mix of mega tunes from remixes, house to throwback music!

RITA MANSO

Our fiery Latina Rita believes the gym is important for us to take time for ourselves, have fun and get a healthier body away from the stresses of daily life! Rita came into the fitness industry through sport and has been playing volleyball for 21 years! Expect her to bring her F1ERCE energy to every class to heat your workout up!
